Vinayak Digital is an Apple products retailer and repair service provider located in Dharan, Nepal. These terms govern your use of our website and purchase of products/services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• Product availability is subject to stock
• Colors may vary slightly from images shown

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD acceptance
• We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, cards, and Cash on Delivery
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Dharan: 1-2 business days
• Major cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-10 business days
• Free shipping on orders above NPR 10,000 within Dharan

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused with original packaging
• Opened software and customized items are non-returnable
• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days

6. Warranty

• Apple products carry standard manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized repairs void warranty

7. Repair Services

• Diagnosis fee may apply (waived if repair is completed)
• 30-day warranty on repair services
• Unclaimed devices after 30 days may be disposed of

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Nepal law, Vinayak Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product/service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sunsari District. Your statutory rights under Nepal's Consumer Protection Act 2075 remain unaffected.
